All funding is subject to approval based on our underwriting criteria. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Text Messaging Program: Consumer Priority Service Corp offers an optional SMS text messaging program to provide you with updates, notifications, and other communications related to your funding application and account.
Voluntary Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Consumer Priority Service Corp. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies.
Not Required: You are not required to consent to receiving text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Consumer Priority Service Corp. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may choose to apply for and receive funding without opting in to text messages.
Types of Messages: If you opt in, you may receive:
Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt back in. Opting out of text messages will not affect your funding application or account status.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
Supported Carriers: Our text messaging service is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Automatic Telephone Dialing System: By opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge and consent to receive messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile phone number you have provided.
Privacy: Your mobile phone number will be used solely for communications related to your relationship with Consumer Priority Service Corp. We will not sell, share, or rent your mobile number to third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
All applicable fees, interest rates, and charges will be clearly disclosed in your funding agreement. You agree to pay all amounts owed according to the terms of your agreement. Additional fees may apply for late payments, returned payments, or other specified circumstances as outlined in your funding agreement.
